financing of the acquisition of the Kilkenny Ormonde
Hotel.
The landmark 118-bed, four-star hotel, located in the
heart of Kilkenny city, has been acquired by Lanthorn on behalf of
TMR Hotel Collection, one of Ireland's largest
privately owned hotel portfolios. The Kilkenny Ormonde Hotel
becomes the 17th property in the group, which includes prestigious
destinations such as the Fleet Hotel Temple Bar, Dunboyne Castle
Hotel & Spa, Farnham Estate, Mount Wolseley, the Connemara
Coast in Co. Galway, and Harvey's Point in Donegal.
