What 2025 looked like at Roam
This year, Roam supported employers across industries where workforce pressure stays constant, including healthcare, aged care, education, construction, defence, hospitality, and professional services.
We worked alongside in-house legal teams, HR leaders, global talent managers, recruitment teams, and operational leaders to keep programs moving while protecting compliance settings. The work covered the full employment cycle, from workforce planning and recruitment strategy through to sponsorship management, visa pathways, and long-term retention.
We also spent time with clients and peers, including attending events with TEMI, The Employee Mobility Institute, to stay close to emerging trends in mobility, compliance, and workforce planning.
