We are pleased to share that AZB & Partners has successfully advised and represented a high-profile HNI before the Delhi High Court, in proceedings under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, in a dispute concerning the operation of the client's newly launched Pilates studio in Mumbai.

The firm successfully defended the client, securing protection of their business operations.
