We are pleased to share that AZB & Partners has successfully
advised and represented a high-profile HNI before the Delhi High
Court, in proceedings under Section 9 of the Arbitration and
Conciliation Act, 1996, in a dispute concerning the operation of
the client's newly launched Pilates studio in Mumbai.
The firm successfully defended the client, securing protection
of their business operations.
The matter was led by Senior Partners Vijayendra Pratap Singh
and Roxanne Anderson and Partner Dr. Abhimanyu Chopra with valuable
