MINNEAPOLIS– Reinhart Boerner Van Deuren s.c. (Reinhart) is pleased to announce that Samuel Schultz has joined the firm as an attorney in its Litigation and Employee Benefits practices. Based in the firm's Minneapolis office, Schultz arguments the firm's depth in these areas, strengthening Reinhart's ability to serve clients facing a broad range of complex matters.
Schultz focuses his practice on ERISA litigation and counseling, Taft-Hartley matters and employment and commercial litigation. He has extensive experience representing clients in complex disputes involving shareholder and ownership issues, breach of contract and fiduciary duty claims, construction litigation and insurance coverage matters. His background includes advising a diverse portfolio of clients—from closely held and family-owned businesses to large national and multinational corporations—on strategies that align legal solutions with achieving the best possible outcomes for his clients.
Schultz is admitted to practice in Minnesota, Iowa and North Dakota, and before the U.S. District Courts for the District of Minnesota, District of North Dakota and the Western District of Wisconsin. He earned his J.D., summa cum laude, from Mitchell Hamline School of Law.
