Scheybeeck Investments and Management have agreed to sell their shares in Vos Logistics to Jacky Perrenot. The transaction is intended to support further scale, strengthen international transport capabilities, and advance sustainable growth across Europe.
Vos Logistics, a Netherlands-based logistics provider with 35 locations in six European countries and annual revenues of €370 million, is active in international transport, multi-country distribution and contract logistics.
Jacky Perrenot, with annual revenues of €1.3 billion, is a major player in the European transport and logistics market.
The combination will create a pan-European logistics platform with broader geographic coverage and enhanced operational capacity.
Our multidisciplinary team of lawyers and tax advisers in Amsterdam advised the sellers on this transaction. Subject to regulatory approvals, the deal is expected to close in early 2026.
