The Technology team advised Cursor, a product developed by Anysphere, on its $2.3 billion Series D financing round, which values the company at $29.3 billion post-money. The round included participation from existing investors Accel, Thrive Capital, Andreessen Horowitz, and DST, alongside new backers Coatue, NVIDIA, and Google. Cursor, a leading AI-native code generation platform, plans to use the funding to advance research efforts and continue developing its core product offering.
