Davis Malm announces John F. Tocci has joined the firm as a shareholder. An experienced employment lawyer and litigator, John counsels employers on a full range of workplace issues, including hiring, retention, discipline, and discharge; government and self-audits; and compliance with state and federal employment laws and regulations.
John also prepares and negotiates contracts, human resources documents, and personnel policies. Additionally, he conducts and advises employers regarding workplace investigations. In addition to his advisory work, John represents businesses and individuals in employment, contract and other business disputes in state and federal courts, including appellate courts, as well as in administrative proceedings and arbitration.
