The Paris Private Equity team advised Vidi Capital in its acquisition of the group IM86 – Pictavix, a key player in medical imaging.
With its acquisition, Vidi Capital positions itself as a leading actor in diagnostic and therapeutic medical imaging in France.
Founded in 2022 by radiologists from the Vidi network, the leading private imaging network in France with nearly 1,250 members, Vidi Capital offers an innovative model to develop independent medical imaging. Its mission is to ensure excellence in care and address the sector’s key challenges, in a context of major restructuring.
Based in Poitiers, IM86 unites 19 radiologists and 90 team members across six imaging centers in the region. Performing several hundred thousand examinations each year, the group has become a leading provider in Vienne, recognized for the excellence of its equipment and the precision of its diagnostic expertise.
The Goodwin team included William Robert, Sabine Bensaid, Elea Poirée and Daphnée Rubcke on corporate matters, Charles-Henri de Gouvion Saint-Cyr and Paul Fournière on tax matters, as well as Adrien Paturaud, Alexander Hahn, Elisa Revel and Jad Bezzari on financing matters.
