Toronto.
The panel explored the most important treaties for litigators,
including the 1965 Service Convention, 1970 Evidence Convention,
2005 Choice of Courts Convention, and 2019 Judgments Convention,
while also sharing practical experiences and offering
insights into the current status of ongoing negotiations for
new conventions.
