The Open Door Clinic provides a medical home for uninsured adults in Wake County, offering integrated primary care, behavioral health, and wellness services. As the only free clinic in the county with a licensed pharmacy, the clinic delivers comprehensive, coordinated care supported by a network of volunteer physicians, nurse practitioners, and community partners.
Through these partnerships, patients gain access to specialty, laboratory, and imaging services—ensuring that quality health care is never out of reach for those who need it most.
