(NEWARK, New Jersey) Gibbons P.C. is pleased to welcome Israel Pollack to the firm as an associate in the Real Property Group, resident in the Newark office. Mr. Pollack will be working on a range of issues, concentrating on Real Property matters.

Mr. Pollack was previously a real estate associate at Blaivas & Associates P.C. in New York City, where he assisted in the representation of real estate firms, developers, and private sponsors and prepared, reviewed, drafted, and revised transaction documents – including purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases, lease amendments, and operating agreements. He also served as a real estate associate and summer associate with Willkie Farr & Gallagher in New York City. There, he assisted with SACB CMBS loans transactions and commercial real estate financings.

His background also includes a judicial externship with the Honorable Bonnie Clair, U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Missouri. His duties included legal research for actions brought before the court and researching/organizing materials for a CLE given by the judge. He also served as a judicial intern for the Honorable David D. Noce in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri, where he performed legal research for actions brought before the court and prepared legal memorandums to support judicial opinions.

Mr. Pollack holds a J.D. from Washington University School of Law, where he was Staff Editor for the Global Law Review and a member of the Dean’s List in Fall 2020, and a B.A. in Talmudic Law from Beth Medrash Govoha. He is admitted to practice in the state of New Jersey.
