Vitri will moderate the session "Threading Tapestries: Taking Stock of Current Issues and Future Developments of Arbitration Law in Indonesia." The panel will explore recent Indonesian court rulings interpreting Law No. 30 of 1999 on Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution, including issues surrounding the definition of public policy and the scope of arbitration agreements. The discussion will also consider possible areas for reform to better align Indonesia's arbitration framework with global trends and best practices.
