A parking garage is available beneath the building, with entrances accessible from either Brickell Avenue or 8th Street. Please note that the Bank of America building is adjacent to the Truist Bank building, and the two structures share garage entrances. Once inside the garage, follow the signage directing you to parking for 701 Brickell to ensure proximity to the correct elevator bank. Please check in with the security desk upon arrival to the building main lobby.
