Insolvency and Restructuring Partner Yelena Archiyan has been selected for the American Bankruptcy Institute's (ABI) 2025 Class of "40 Under 40." The national list of 40 industry professionals under the age of 40 showcases those who "demonstrate remarkable ability, leadership and achievement in the bankruptcy and insolvency community." The honorees will be recognized during a ceremony on December 5 during ABI's 2025 Winter Leadership Conference in Tucson, Arizona.

"The distinguished leaders within the 2025 class are making meaningful impacts both in their practice and in their communities," said ABI Executive Director Amy Quackenboss. "As restructuring practice continues to advance, we look forward to this diverse group of honorees propelling ABI and the insolvency community forward."

As described in ABI's press release, this year's applicants represented a broad spectrum of professionals across the entire insolvency community, and, as an honoree, Yelena's application stood out among more than 200 candidates evaluated by members of a 24-person steering committee.
