Latinvex named Principal Maddie Boyer (Austin) as one of its Top 100 Female Lawyers in 2025. This marks Maddie’s second appearance on a Latinvex Top 100 list this year and the twelfth consecutive year she has been recognized by the publication.

As founder of B&D’s Latin America practice, Maddie provides compliance support and legal project management on a range of regional sustainability issues, including emerging chemicals, circular economy initiatives, and climate change.

Fluent in Spanish, Maddie earned a postgraduate degree from La Escuela Libre de Derecho, Mexico’s premier law school. She also interned with the Centro Méxicano de Derecho Ambiental and served in the U.S. Peace Corps in Guatemala from 1988 to 1990.
