Taft, one of the fastest-growing law firms in the nation, welcomes Jackson Froliklong to the firm's Cleveland office.
Froliklong joins as of counsel in Taft's Commercial Litigation group. He focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, investigations, white collar defense, and the False Claims Act. Prior to joining Taft, Froliklong was an assistant U.S. attorney with the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Northern District of Ohio. As an AUSA, he secured a $101 million settlement from Rite Aid Corporation to resolve allegations of fraud against the Medicare Part D program, which earned him a 2025 special commendation award from senior U.S. Department of Justice leadership and the 2024 Excellence in Civil Advocacy" award from the U.S Attorney's Office. His work also focused on health care and grant fraud litigation, the enforcement of environmental statutes, and civil rights cases.
