MEXICO CITY (October 6, 2025) – Holland & Knight is pleased to welcome Julio Freyssinier Isoard as a partner in the Firm's Mexico City office. He is joined by Associate Erika Ka-yiang Wu Estrada and Law Clerk Andrés Alberto Gómez Borjes. Before joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Freyssinier Isoard was a partner, Ms. Wu Estrada was an associate and Mr. Gómez Borjes was a law clerk at Kuri Breña, Sanchez Ugarte y Asnar S.C.

Mr. Freyssinier Isoard has more than 20 years of experience advising and representing national, multinational and public companies in several industry sectors on tax inspections and litigation related to federal and local tax and tax treaties. Additionally, he has experience in administrative litigation relating to disputes arising from the regulated activities of public entities. He also participates in tax consulting, advising companies that have businesses in Mexico and Mexican companies with businesses abroad. Prior to his tenure at Kuri Breña, he was an associate partner with EY.

Mr. Freyssinier Isoard received a law degree from Universidad Anáhuac and a master's degree in business law from Universidad Panamericana.
With more than 10 years of experience, Ms. Wu Estrada focuses her practice on tax controversy and litigation. She has extensive experience in litigation, controversy and tax consulting, serving national and multinational companies from various sectors, such as mining, consumer products and telecommunications. Prior to joining Kuri Breña, she was a member of EY Mexico's tax controversy team.
Ms. Wu Estrada received a law degree from Tecnológico de Monterrey, a postgraduate diploma in administrative justice from Mexico's Tribunal Federal de Justicia Administrativa, and a master's degree in business law from Universidad Anáhuac.
