We are pleased to welcome Paul Cavin who has joined our litigation group as an associate.
Paul maintains a broad commercial litigation practice, assisting both individual and corporate clients with disputes in the construction, energy, employment, and Indigenous governance sectors. He appeared before the Alberta Court of Justice, the Court of King's Bench of Alberta, the Federal Court, and the Provincial Court of Saskatchewan.
Paul earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Saskatchewan in 2023, following a Bachelor of Arts with Distinction from the University of Victoria in 2019. During his studies, he volunteered with Pro Bono Students Canada in conjunction with the Public Legal Education Association, furthering his commitment to access to justice and community service.
Paul's strong academic foundation, courtroom experience, and dedication to client service, combined with BD&P's commitment to forward-thinking legal practice, will further strengthen our thriving litigation team.
