He specializes in noise and vibration control across a variety of building types, including concrete, wood-frame, steel, and mass-timber structures. Simon also investigates noise complaints, serves as an expert witness, and leads HVAC noise control initiatives. His work spans sound testing, speech intelligibility, reverberation control, and research in mass timber. Fluent in English and French, he works across North America.
