NEW YORK (September 25, 2025)– Holland & Knight represented Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria S.A. New York Branch (NYSE: BBVA) as lender in connection with a $200 million sustainable credit facility provided to Empresa Nacional de Telecomunicaciones S.A. (ENTEL), a Chilean publicly traded stock corporation and one of the largest telecommunications companies in the country. The transaction closed on September 12.
The financing will support the development of projects under ENTEL's Sustainable Financing Framework.
