About the MLT Aikins presenters
Scott Bell practises immigration law with a focus on business and employment-based applications. His clients include private corporations and individuals. Scott has advised various employers and individuals with regard to federal immigration applications, including work permits, Labour Market Impact Assessments, Free Trade Agreement exemptions and permanent residency. He is based out of MLT Aikins Saskatoon office.
William McClary is an associate lawyer in the firm’s Calgary office and maintains a litigation practice. Will’s practice is focused on labour and employment and administrative law. He has appeared in all levels of Court in Alberta and regularly advises employers with respect to complex employment disputes as well as day to day operations and dispute avoidance. Will completed a clerkship with the Court of Queen’s Bench after attending the University of Victoria, and he is also a professional engineer.
Bailey Russell is a labour and employment lawyer with MLT Aikins in Calgary. She provides strategic legal counsel on a wide range of workplace matters, including discipline and terminations, employment standards, occupational health and safety and human rights law. She also oversees privacy issues, personnel policies and all kinds of wrongful dismissal and constructive dismissal claims.
