Shenzhen, September 11, 2025 - The 14th China Intellectual Property Annual Conference (CIPAC 2025), themed "IP in the Digital Age," was officially launched in Beijing on September 11. The opening ceremony included speeches by key figures, such as Mr. Shen Changyu, Commissioner of the China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA); Mr. Li Zhongjun, Vice Governor of Jiangsu Provincial People's Government; and Mr. Goliath Ivliev, President of the Eurasian Patent Organization (EAPO). A congratulatory message from Mr. Daren Tang, Director General of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), was also read aloud. The event was hosted by Mr. Hu Wenhui, Deputy Commissioner of CNIPA.

The opening ceremony

The two-day event brought together over 160 domestic and international guests and 8,000 participants to explore key topics such as artificial intelligence (AI), biomedicines, integrated circuits, private sector growth, global enterprise expansion, and cross-border IP protection. The conference featured more than 30 specialized events, catering to global innovators, scholars, and IP service providers.

PurpleVine IP Group played a pivotal role in the conference, actively participating and sponsoring the event as a pioneering partner. One of the highlights was the successful organization of the PurpleVine Forum titled "The Path to Realizing the Value of Sustainable Patent Monetization for Global Enterprises."
