Cahill represented the underwriters in connection with a public offering of $1.25 billion aggregate principal amount of 5.85% senior secured notes due 2035 and $750 million aggregate principal amount of 6.7% senior secured notes due 2055 by Charter Communications Operating, LLC and Charter Communications Operating Capital Corp., wholly-owned subsidiaries of Charter Communications, Inc.

Proceeds from the offering were used for general corporate purposes, including to repay certain indebtedness, to fund potential buybacks, and to pay related fees and expenses.
