Our team advised PPF Group and its shareholders, Renáta Kellnerová and her daughters, Anna Kellnerová, Lara Kodl Kellnerová, and Marie Isabella Kellnerová in their transaction with Petr Kellner Jr., pursuant to which they will acquire his 10% minority stake in the Group.
A multi-disciplinary team of Amsterdam based specialists acted as legal counsel and civil law notary to PPF Group and its shareholders.
The transaction is expected to be completed in 2025.
