CMS INDUSLAW has moved into a significantly larger office in Chennai. The expansion comes in response to rising client demand across sectors including technology, manufacturing, infrastructure, healthcare, and real estate. Located in a prime business district, the new office is double the size of the previous premises. Spread across five floors, including a terrace area, it is among the first offices of its kind in the region. It's designed to accommodate future team growth and reflecting the firm's confidence in Chennai's role as a strategic hub for both domestic and international businesses.
Over the past year, the firm has welcomed new partners in its Chennai office, further strengthening its litigation, corporate, and real estate practices
"This move represents an important milestone in our journey in Chennai, capital of Tamil Nadu, one of India's most industrialised states," said Avimukt Dar and Suneeth Katarki, Founding and Senior Partners at CMS INDUSLAW, in a joint statement. "We are grateful to our clients for their continued trust and partnership. With this expansion, we are well-positioned to grow further, attract top talent, and deepen our ability to support clients across sectors and geographies."
CMS INDUSLAW plans to continue investing in its Chennai office by expanding teams across practice areas, enhancing its service delivery capabilities, and further embedding itself in the business ecosystem of the region to support clients in achieving their growth ambitions.
