The Challenge
The client sought to acquire Glendale Court, a well-established care home located in the coastal town of Teignmouth. The property comprises two interlinked period buildings, offering accommodation for up to 37 residents across 34 ensuite bedrooms. The acquisition formed part of the client's broader strategy to expand its care home portfolio, which now includes five homes across Dorset, Shropshire, and Devon.
