The Institute for Energy Law (IEL) elected Of Counsel Amber Ahmed (Austin) to its 8th Leadership Class. IEL cultivates leadership and industry expertise by bringing together energy professionals to strengthen their skills in communication, collaboration, and energy-related issues. Amber is one of 43 accomplished individuals selected to participate in this year's class.
"I'm honored to be recognized by IEL and excited to join the 8th Leadership Class," Amber said. "I look forward to engaging with my fellow participants and gaining valuable perspectives to enhance how I support B&D clients."
A former Assistant Attorney General in the Environmental Protection Division for the Texas Office of the Attorney General, Amber represents clients in environmental litigation, regulatory compliance, and enforcement actions under federal and state environmental laws. Her practice focuses on issues involving emerging contaminants such as PFAS and complex environmental challenges facing the energy sector.
