(Cayman) Limited (Stock code: 1171.HK), the fourth largest coal
mining state-owned enterprise in PRC, on the issuance of US$500M
secured guaranteed exchangeable blue bonds due in 2029 guaranteed
by Shandong Energy Group Co., Ltd.
The Bonds are listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited and are initially exchangeable into 282,697,893 H shares of Yankuang Energy Group Company Limited.

FundPark
We advised Hong Kong-based Fintech firm FundPark on its up to US$250 million asset-backed securitisation facility, with HSBC providing up to US$200 million as senior lender. FundPark provides trade finance for e-commerce SMEs, with a major focus on helping e-commerce entrepreneurs across Greater China find opportunities in an evolving market.
