Cahill represented the administrative agent and lead arrangers in connection with a refinancing amendment to the $800 million Term B credit facility and the $450 million revolving credit facility for Centuri Holdings, Inc. and its subsidiaries.

The proceeds from the amendment will be used to refinance existing credit and for general corporate purposes.

Centuri is a strategic utility infrastructure services company that partners with regulated utilities to build and maintain the energy network that powers millions of homes and businesses across the United States and Canada.
