Taft partner Terese Connolly will participate in a panel discussion at the ChIPs General Counsel Bootcamp Meeting on July 24 in Chicago. Connolly will speak during the session "Benchmarking compensation, equity, and severance packages for GCs across public, private, and nonprofit sectors." The ChIPs General Counsel Bootcamp is a 12-month program tailored for in-house attorneys aspiring to become general counsel. The program includes mentorship, practical experiences, and networking opportunities.
Connolly is a partner in Taft's Employment and Labor Relations practice group. She advises and counsels multinational companies; conducts enterprise risk assessments, compliance audits, and internal investigations; and provides day-to-day counsel on domestic and cross-border employment laws, including leaves, wage and hour, anti-discrimination and harassment, and the employment portions of mergers and acquisitions.
