This landmark deal represents a major milestone in the Belgian logistics property market. The portfolio comprises five assets, strategically located along Belgium's key transport corridors, the E313 and E42.
The real estate team assisted Weerts Logistics Parks on all legal aspects throughout the entire transaction process. The deal was completed in a record timeframe of just three months from initial discussions to signing.
