Dalata is a leading hotel operator known for its Clayton and
Maldron hotel brands and operates a portfolio of 56 hotels across
Ireland, the UK and continental Europe.
The offer, which is subject to shareholder and regulatory
approvals, would represent a significant cross-border acquisition
in the European hospitality sector and underscores continued
investor interest in high-quality hotel assets across key urban
markets.
