William Fry LLP is pleased to have acted, alongside leading Norwegian law firm Thommessen, for DNB Bank ASA as lender to Pandox in respect of the €1.4bn offer for Dalata Hotel Group plc announced this week.

Dalata is a leading hotel operator known for its Clayton and Maldron hotel brands and operates a portfolio of 56 hotels across Ireland, the UK and continental Europe.

The offer, which is subject to shareholder and regulatory approvals, would represent a significant cross-border acquisition in the European hospitality sector and underscores continued investor interest in high-quality hotel assets across key urban markets.
