officially came on board as an associate in August 2006. From day
one, Matt dove into the complexities of workers' compensation
litigation, mastering depositions, untangling technical medical

environment.
Promoted to Non-Equity Partner
Years of consistent hard work and courtroom experience led Matt to
his first major milestone—a promotion to non-equity partner
in 2014. By then, he had earned a reputation for handling
