Cahill represented the initial purchasers in connection with a Rule 144A and Regulation S offering of $500 million aggregate principal amount of 8% senior notes due 2030 by Rithm Capital Corp.

Proceeds from the offering will be used to redeem the remainder of the company's outstanding 6.25% senior notes due 2025, with the remainder of the net proceeds to be used for general corporate purposes which may include the repayment of other indebtedness.

Rithm Capital Corp. is a global asset manager focused on real estate, credit and financial services.
