Lowenstein Sandler represented Abacus Group, a managed IT and cybersecurity service provider for the global financial services industry, in its acquisition of Entara, an IT managed service provider (MSP) and managed security services provider (MSSP) for financial services and highly regulated high-touch industries.

The acquisition expands Abacus’s global reach and advances its cybersecurity, professional services, and digital infrastructure capabilities. Abacus will leverage Entara’s specialized incident response capabilities and expertise in AI-driven security solutions to better service a diverse client base.
