Lowenstein Sandler’s Bankruptcy & Restructuring Department has been selected as counsel to the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors in the Chapter 11 bankruptcies of Boundless Broadband LLC, Tilson Technology Management Inc., and Tilson Middle Street Holding LLC.

Tilson Technology Management Inc., a digital infrastructure consulting, design-build, and maintenance firm that specializes in fiber and wireless networks, and its affiliates filed voluntary petitions in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

The debtors report between $100 million and $500 million in both assets and liabilities.
