Reinhart Shareholder Laura Brenner and Wisconsin Circuit Court Judge William Domina presented “Wisconsin’s ‘Unique’ Commercial Laws” at the State Bar of Wisconsin Annual Meeting & Conference (AMC) on June 19, in Madison, Wisconsin. In it, they provided insights on Wisconsin's distinctive commercial laws and how to navigate the state’s legal landscape. The State Bar of Wisconsin AMC is one of the largest gatherings of lawyers in Wisconsin. The three-day conference included high-caliber professional development sessions, as well as numerous networking opportunities.
Brenner is a shareholder in Reinhart's Litigation Practice and chair of the firm's Commercial and Competition Law Group. She practices at the forefront of the law affecting clients whose livelihood depends on buying or selling products and services. Brenner partners with clients on many types of business litigation, including antitrust and competition law, dealership and franchise law, e-commerce, supply chain matters, advertising, pricing, unfair trade practice law and other complex commercial matters. She also acts as outside general counsel to many companies by helping them develop preemptive strategies to avoid risk in competitive environments. Brenner is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin’s Litigation, Franchise and Antitrust Law Sections.
