Singhania & Co. acted as legal counsel for SenseAI Ventures (“SenseAI”), an early stage fund for their investment and participation as the lead investor in the seed round of Opensite Technologies Private Limited (“ContineuAI”). This seed round was co-lead by Piper Serica Angel Fund.
ContineuAI is engaged in the business of providing intelligence to hedge funds to create trading strategies based on artificial intelligence, operating a platform to create trading, execution and portfolio allocation, algorithms and partnering with funds/desk to license/sell the platform
The funds will aid ContineuAI’s mission to build a vertical data infrastructure for construction sites through helmet-mounted 360° capture and AI-native project management workflows.
S&Co. advised SenseAI Ventures on the entire transaction, including the legal due diligence, vetting of the transaction documents, and closing actionables in relation to the investment.
