In April, Corporate partner Dr. André Schwanna has joined the German practice together with a team to add further strengths. André Schwanna comes from Clifford Chance where he has been partner for eight years. Team member Dr. Benjamin Büttner joins as partner and Dr. Alexander Täumer as counsel.
The well-established and highly experienced team around André Schwanna advises financial institutions and industrial companies in Germany and abroad on M&A transactions and corporate reorganizations, restructurings and crisis management, as well as tax structuring and other corporate matters comprehensively. Dr. Benjamin Büttner and Dr. Alexander Täumer both have a dual qualification as a lawyer and tax consultant.
