Baltimore, MD — April 28, 2025 — Hudson Cook, LLP is pleased to announce the 2025 Residential Property Management (RPM) Webinar Series, a quarterly program designed for in-house counsel, compliance officers, and executives of residential property management companies nationwide. The series is hosted by Jay Harris, a seasoned Hudson Cook attorney with deep experience in regulatory compliance and litigation affecting apartment and single-family rental property operators.
Held quarterly on Thursdays at 2:00 PM ET, each one-hour session will feature a timely, in-depth conversation with Jay on the latest legal developments shaping the RPM industry. These invitation-only webinars offer attendees an "early warning system" for legislative, regulatory, and litigation trends that may require updates to operational policies and procedures.
"We designed the series to offer RPM firms a trusted space to stay ahead of emerging issues across jurisdictions," said Jay Harris. "With states rewriting rules on everything from screening and fees to data privacy, proactive property management compliance is more critical than ever."
Each webinar will begin with a concise summary of federal and state-level developments compiled by Hudson Cook, followed by a focused discussion on a specific area of property management operations. Topics are selected based on current industry developments and participant feedback.
