Harness IP is pleased to announce that it has been ranked in all four of the 2024 Oppedahl toteboards, which recognize and rank law firms based on volume of U.S. patent and trademark registrations obtained for clients during the year. The firm has been ranked every year since the toteboards began in 2012.
The firm obtained 3,733 utility patents in 2024, earning the second-place spot in the category, where it has ranked in the top 10 since 2015. Harness IP also secured 367 trademark registrations (15th place); 118 design patents (12th place); and one plant patent (4th place) last year. Rankings are based on questionnaires the listed firms completed. The rankings reflect about 10% of the total design and utility patents, 5% of trademark registrations and 3% of plant patents granted in the U.S. in 2024.
