We are pleased to announce that the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) has named the firm a 2023 Top Performer and Compass Award winner. The awards recognize member law firms and corporations that demonstrate a strong commitment to building a more inclusive legal profession.
The Top Performer designation recognizes member organizations in the top 20% for participation in LCLD programs and activities.
The Compass Award recognizes those member individuals and organizations whose managing partners/general counsel engaged with LCLD, who nominated both an LCLD Fellow and Pathfinder, and who participated in the LCLD 1L Scholars Program or Success in Law School Mentoring Program (LCLD's pipeline programs).
This year, Harness IP Principal Joel Samuels and Associate Daniel Kim were selected for LCLD's Fellows and Pathfinders programs, respectively.
LCLD comprises more than 450 corporate chief legal officers and law firm managing partners — the leaders of the profession — who are committed to ensuring that all talent thrives, with the ultimate goal of building a more equitable and diverse legal profession.
