The property, located at Jerusalem 9-40, comprises 32 sustainable free-sector rental houses averaging 96 m², each with energy labels A and A+, along with 32 associated parking spaces. Originally constructed in 2002, this complex was part of a larger residential portfolio acquired by CAPREIT in 2019 and later managed by its subsidiary, European Residential REIT (ERES).
We structured the transaction and have advised LCP from a legal perspective. This investment reinforces LCP's residential portfolio and commitment to sustainable, high-quality housing.
