Lowenstein Sandler’s Bankruptcy & Restructuring Department has been selected as counsel to the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors in the Chapter 11 bankruptcy of Diamond Comic Distributors Inc., a leading distributor of comics, graphic novels, toys, games, as well as other pop culture products related to merchandisers across the world. Diamond Comic Distributors Inc. and several affiliates filed for Chapter 11 protection in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Maryland.
The company reports between $50 to $100 million in both assets and liabilities.
