Shulman Rogers' Land Use attorney, Phil Hummel was pleased to support his client Wawa in securing approvals from the Montgomery County Planning Board to build the county's second Wawa convenience store.
Earlier this month, the Montgomery County Planning Board unanimously approved Wawa's plans to build on Old Columbia Pike, across from the Burtonsville Office Park and Burtonsville Town Square.
Phil also represented Wawa to obtain development approvals for the construction of their first Montgomery County store in Gaithersburg.
