Partner, Rory Wilson and Associate, Izabella Brooks of our Corporate & Commercial department spent the afternoon of 22 January 2025 supporting the King's Start-up Accelerator.
They ran an 'office hours' clinic where founders participating in the accelerator program could come in and ask questions in a private and confidential setting. They covered a wide range of subjects, from equity allocations and vesting, to sales processes and dealing with customers in foreign jurisdictions.
