January 3rd, 2025 New York, N.Y. — Frankfurt Kurnit Klein + Selz, PC is pleased to announce that it has elected Sean Jefferson as a partner effective January 1, 2025. Sean will be a partner in the firm’s Entertainment Group. He is based in the firm's New York office.

He advises international co-productions on capital raises involving debt, equity and production incentives from foreign governments. He also advises private equity and fund managers transitioning into media and entertainment. He has negotiated and structured virtually every type of development and production agreement, including international co-productions and complex underlying rights deals. His recent work also includes representing filmmakers and financiers in award-winning documentaries.
