Schoenherr Advises VetPlanet On Acquisition Of Vetos-Farma

Established in 2008, VetPlanet is a leading pet product company whose roots stem from veterinary medicine. VetPlanet's products are distributed in over 45 countries and range from pet food to medical supplies and pharmaceuticals.

For over 30 years, Vetos-Farma has been manufacturing veterinary preparations and drugs, as well as dietary supplements and animal care products. The company collaborates with the Wrocław veterinary and medical universities to conduct research and operates its own accredited microbiological laboratory.
