Our Real Estate team advised DWS on the disposal of 2 office buildings. It concerns office building Le Carrefour located at Dellaertweg 1 in Leiden comprising of 31,500 sq. m. and 340 parking spaces. The other office building, Eurogate 3, is located at Watermanweg 20-42 in Rotterdam, comprising of 8,450 sq.m. and 135 parking spaces.
