Oogwereld, established in 1998, is one of the largest integrated platforms of premium eyecare specialists in the Benelux, with a total count of 118 stores. As a result of strong growth, the existing financing structure reached its limits, calling for a full refinancing to extend the lender group and improve conditions. With this refinancing, the company is ready to continue its successful international growth.
